Helping People Think…By Any Means Necessary.

Our job is to open minds and get them firing again; sometimes that means making people uncomfortable, even irritated.

Sometimes that means making them laugh or think about things they don’t immediately see the relevance in. We listen, we question, we push. We offer tools and techniques where we see they’re needed. We bring people together around common challenges, desires and aspirations.

Leadership Development

These days we expect leaders to be dreamers and designers, deciders and doers, so we figure they need all the help they can get. We custom-design multi-session development programs that cover every tool, technique and trick we know about engaging and empowering people to drive positive change.

Workshops

Sometimes it’s not enough to talk about a topic like Innovation or Leadership; you need practical tools and techniques for anything from problem solving and idea generation to decision making and communication. That’s when we ask groups to roll their sleeves up and take some of our favourite tricks of the trade for a test drive.

Presentation

Most people seem to discover us when we’re giving a keynote at a conference or seminar… or they find one of our old videos on YouTube. Their first question is either ‘can you do this exact presentation to my team?’ or ‘what else do you talk about?’ or quite often ‘is this available as a workshop?’

Facilitation

This is when teams need hands-on help to work through specific challenges and issues in depth say, to improve a product, refine a process or develop a strategy. That means orchestrating their various personalities and egos through a carefully curated sequence of deliberation and debate to achieve the kind of outcomes that everyone can happily hang their hat on.

Mentoring

It’s rare, but every now and then we encounter someone who’s been where we’ve been and wants to go where we’re going, an individual whose issues and challenges mirror our own to a high degree. They’re looking for more than a coach; they want a mentor, a role we take on only if we’re sure we can add real value to the exchange.

Coaching

Once people start looking to you for direction and/or inspiration you’ll need someone outside the group to talk to, someone who can help you work through your aspirations and challenges, questions and doubts, someone who’s heard it all before and has some ideas on what to do about them. Sometimes that someone is us.

Training

The past few decades have given us plenty of opportunities to pick up and practice some pretty neat thinking tools and tricks until they become second nature to us. But our clients don’t have that kind of time – they need to apply whatever we can show them straight away, which is why so many of them turn to us for training.
