Who We Help

Anyone Making Things Better.

For us, every new client is a fresh set of lessons about human behaviour and organisational culture.

Over the decades our work as brought us into just about every kind of group and organisation in just about every industry sector and it’s given us a deep appreciation of both the differences and similarities that define them.

Government and Council

Our government clients [whether local, state or federal] are expected to deliver bold, collaborative, long term initiatives within a political ecosystem that is conservative, competitive and decidedly short term in its thinking. That’s an almost impossible needle to thread but so long as they’re willing to try we’re keen to help them.

From my perspective, you have set the BAR VERY HIGH for INNOVATION. You did an amazing job of taking us in a creative zone. There were a lot of laughs, nods and full on energetic discussions about setting the culture and mindset for innovation.

This was one of the best Councillor workshops I have had the opportunity to participate in

Just wanted to touch base to say thanks for your work at the weekend. I came away with a firm view that this was one of the best Councillor workshops I have had the opportunity to participate in. I look forward to continuing the discussion with Councillors and also to discuss what your role might be.

Thoroughly enjoyable, enlightening and motivating presentation.

Great meeting today and loved your talk. I think, if anything, Tina did you a disservice by not talking you up enough. Thoroughly enjoyable, enlightening and motivating presentation.

Regulatory Bodies

Our regulatory authorities have a different tightrope to walk; they’ve seen how laws created to stop bad organisations doing bad things can all too often frighten good people from doing great things, so they’re always looking for ways to protect quality, safety and integrity without stifling creativity, invention and innovation.

Community and Outreach

Communities, charities and not-for-profits have their own dilemma; how to maintain and develop a skilled, professional workforce who are expected to solve our society’s deepest problems with few resources, little time and very little – if any – pay. No wonder they’re always looking for ways to make the most of what little they have.

We have had some amazing feedback from all attendees

We have had some amazing feedback from all attendees who really enjoyed your presentation and have started to really think about the way they do and see things within their organisation. It certainly made me even think about my own views and how within the Sector Development Team we can work differently and be more productive.

Business and Industry

Whether we’re working with small businesses or giant multinational industries the key issues are always the trade off between innovation, quality and profitability, what we think of as finding what’s NEXT, making it BEST and gaining the MOST for your efforts. It’s a cycle of innovation that sometimes needs a friendly push to keep turning.

Thanks for joining us yesterday and challenging the team to think differently. I have even heard some of your concepts being talked about today in the office – so I hope we have twigged something that will last.

And then there’s everyone else!

And then there’s all the nature parks and museums, industry peak bodies and chambers of commerce, schools and hospitals, emergency services, start-ups and franchises, farms and factories keen to unlock the genius of their people. For us, every new client is a fresh set of lessons about human behaviour and organisational culture. And although they might vary in size, age and purpose, they all seem to have one thing in common: a desire to find a better way.

Which is when they call us.
